Infringement Notification

TOXcloud operates as a cloud storage hosting service provider. We do not actively monitor, pre-screen, or review user-uploaded files. However, we respond expeditiously to valid notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Notice Requirements

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you must submit a written communication that includes substantially the following (please note that failure to provide all information may result in a delayed response):

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the specific material on TOXcloud that is claimed to be infringing, with exact download or embed URLs.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party (Email address and phone number).
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your removed file was not infringing, you may send a counter-notice containing your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed file, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake, and your contact details.
